All of our fresh cuts are frozen to sub-zero temps, packed carefully in
specially made insulated boxes with dry ice, and shipped to your door either
second day air or ground -  depending on location. We do what we can to
keep your shipping costs to a minimal. The shipping method used, we feel
(through experience) is the best choice for you to get your meat safely.

IL,IA,KS,MN,MO,NE,ND,SD,WI residents may choose ground service to get
products within 2 days. All other states must select  2nd Day Air to receive
meat safely.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please include
complete address and phone number.

The cost of our reusable insulated shipping box and dry ice you receive is
included in the price for shipping. No extra or hidden costs!

We do all of our shipping on Monday - Wednesday. We do this to assure
perishable items will be delivered by Friday. We cannot allow packages to sit
over the weekend in a shipping truck to thaw out. We hope our methods will
suit your needs.

Any orders received after 10:00AM CST on Wednesday will be shipped out
Monday of the following week.
